Group Classes

Booty and biceps ~ Body Strength (45 mins)

Move dynamically on your mat for a total body workout while incorporating a variety of exercises that focus on building and toning strong glutes and arms. Work on balance, breathing, and form while strengthening your mind and body. Every exercise has a purpose, every movement has a function. Weights optional. Bring a mat, towel, and water!

One. More. Set. ~ Body Strength Sculpt (45 mins)

Small, isolated movements that focus on sculpting every part of the body. Tone your body from the inside out with smaller, intricate movements-pushing your limits and finding your personal best. If it doesn’t challenge you, it doesn’t change you. Weights optional. Bring a mat, towel, and water!

Reserve the studio for a private group class with you and all of your closest family and friends! reNew will work with you to help create an event never to forget! Kiss My Abs ~ Core (30 mins)

Thirty minutes of intense core work to challenge your inner (and mental) strength. A variety of core exercises to strengthen, tone, and sculpt abdominals- and test your limits. Help improve your overall strength and endurance by building muscles and improving posture. Build a solid foundation that helps the overall body work as a whole inside the studio, and outside in your day to day life. Bring a mat, towel, and water!

Cardio Kickboxing (45 mins)

Cardio kickboxing is a high intensity, total body workout that incorporates functional, interval, cardiovascular, and circuit training regimens. Using gloves, learn proper form and technique, combination punches and kicks, and build stamina that increases your overall performance. Bring water, a towel, and gloves if you have them – otherwise they will be available at the studio!

Yoga Strong (45 mins)

Vinyasa style class, incorporating weights to movement. Find your flow through this power class, challenging yourself by sculpting your muscles and taking your practice to the next level. High energy, cardio and stretching! Using traditional Vinyasa style formats, add total body exercises and movements to challenge your practice. Bring a mat, towel and water.

Sore today, strong tomorrow ~ Restorative Yoga (45 mins)

Sore- The most satisfying pain. Take time to stretch and move through poses and postures that help restore muscles and fibers leaving you feeling refreshed and renewed. Deepen your practice by using your breath to take your poses to new limits. All levels welcomed. Bring a mat, towel, and water!

Vinyasa Flow (45 mins)

Matching breath to movement, journey through your practice while you flow through poses, building on each week. Learn pose names and proper alignment. All levels welcomed. Bring a mat, towel, and water!

Oh My WOD ~ Workout of the Day (45 mins)

Build strength, endurance, and mental capacity while you train your body to be its best. This total body workout helps to train the mind to push your limits and reach your goals. Strong emphasis on form and proper alignment. Find your edge, push yourself to the limit, and set your mind to achieve anything you set out to conquer. Bring a mat, towel, and water!

Running reNewed (45 mins)

Whether you love running, hate it, or are interested in trying it for the first time- this class is for you. Learn the dynamics of form, breathing, and being mindful while you take it one step at a time. Runs will take place outside, so dress accordingly. Followed by a group stretch. Classes will begin in April, weather permitting.

Stop, Breathe, Reset ~ Guided Meditation (45 mins)

The answers you seek never come when the mind is busy, they come when the mind is still. Take time to unwind from the busy weekend, and actively meditate and reset for the week to come. Deep breathing and mindfulness go hand in hand in this class. Bring a mat, towel, and water and an open mind.

Special Workshops

Join Kelley, Nicky, and Emma for a special workshops each month that focus on topics that build your best self. These workshops will be filled with information and practices that promote the union of mind, body, and soul to leave you feeling reenergized, refreshed, and reNewed. Meet other like minded individuals, help support local businesses, and take a little bit of time to focus on and better yourself. New topics will be announced each month!  Our upcoming workshops are:

Family Fitness Fun! – June 17, July 15, & August 19 – 7:00-7:45pm – Free Event

Join us at Central Park in Elmwood Park Illinois for a family fun outdoor fitness class! Bring the family for an outdoor event everyone can enjoy! Ages 5 and up are welcomed, and must be accompanied by an adult. Meet at the park, and bring a water bottle and yoga mat if available! Nicky and Emma will lead a dynamic workout in the field while the sun sets! Weather permitting. This is a free event.

An Essential Life – July 10 – 7:00-8:30pm – $30

Essential oils are extracted directly from the bark, flower, fruit, leaf, seed or root of a plant or tree, and just one drop has powerful health benefits. Want to learn more about essential oils? How to use them? How to incorporate them in your life? Join us for a night of exploring essential oils and how to utilize them in your life. Registration includes two essential oil rollers of your choice, breathing techniques, education on essential oils by representative Olivia Bredenkamp, appetizers and beverages. Enjoy a wonderful summer evening with the community! Whether you are just starting your essential oil collection, or looking to add to it, this is the event for you!

Yoga with Karina – July 29 – 7:00-8:00pm – $20

Come to reNew studio for a special yoga class lead by Karina Quintana. Karina is a local Yoga instructor at various studios, such as CorePower, SPENGA, YogaLOFT, LOCAL Yoga and NEXT Yoga. She specializes in a variety of styles of yoga, and will be bringing her expertise and energy to the studio for this special event! All are welcomed!
